Response to 2:50 -- Actually because of the square-cube law of physics, a mouse could easily survive a fall like that, and probably much farther. The law has to do with volume vs surface-area of objects, but one of the results is that small creatures are less hindered by gravity, and the smaller the more dramatic it is (it's the same reason why fleas can jump 300x their body length). An example way of contrast, it's also why elephants can't jump--they're simply too big. *The More-You-Know-Star flies over head*
I had Stuart Little: Big City Adventures for the PC when I was little. There was a game on it where you pick up batteries and food to power your car to get away from the cats - the battery noise when you picked it up sounded like a wet fart.
+Lil' Miss Anime Red Riding Hood I swear I had a Stuart Little 2 PC game, but it didn't look like that one. I think I got it in a cereal box. Also, I looked it up, and you're right about the sound effect. WHY DID THEY PICK THAT?
wow, while watching this review.. i was like.. there's a whole lot of variety , stages in this game. you can tell they really put in work in making this game.
To answer the Vet or Hospital Question it would be the hospital because in the first movie after he got in a accident they called a normal doctor over to check him. So yeah, the mouse is treated exactly human.
@@camronbats3719 In the original book it is said that Stuart is not a talking mouse, but a human child born from human parents and that he is just the size of a mouse and looks like one.
Looks a lot like the Toy Story 2 game; small character in a big world, double jump, spin attack, unlock movie clips. Surprised it wasn't the same developer.
That's possibly true ( that means she can make game companies make whatever games she wants them to! That's just awsome I mean, think of the possibilities!!!!!! You can get Crash games Remastered! That would be a dream come true! Well for me anyway )
This is one of those random games that I played as a child that I have really vague memories of, and this video made them all come flooding back, almost in an uncomfortable way. I'll be honest, when the history of Stuart Little 2 started with Caddy speaking very fast, I wasn't expecting it but then when I heard that sound that he made at 0:14, I laughed so hard at the rest that my entire body was aching and my eyes were tearing up. 😆🤣
I'm really impressed with how quality (good editing, funny shit, lengthy and informative) your videos have been recently even after your seemingly ridiculous schedule revamp a month ago. 3 videos a week, That's a lot on your plate and you continue to deliver great content. Good job man!
Why is it caddy is the only person who uploads on sunday, seriously sundays are the slowest days of the week and caddy is the only spark of joy in them
And then the 3rd film happened and it was shit, so the Stuart Little 3 game had nothing to do with the film and acted like an alternate sequel to Stuart Little 2, and it was still decent.
I tend to not even notice the little annotations in videos where creators ask for likes cause I thumb stuff up or down regardless but the mental image of Caddy gasping in fear at a little mouse holding him at gunpoint? Now that's like-bait I can swallow. Godspeed, Caddicarus. The amount of passion you have for the art is inspiring.
I think mice are too small to get hurt from falling; I know squirrels can fall at terminal velocity and still be fine because of how small creatures weight make less impact when falling
I remember playing this game! When I was young, some of the minigames were a nightmare to complete because of the weird controls, but I did manage to beat the game. Thanks for the nostalgia overdrive, Caddy!
Actually THQ sent it to her because of a promotion thing they did, however they ended up getting it back. After a bit of trading hands it now does have a proper owner, in the hands of the "ConsoleVariation" staff.
I played this game to death, every bit of footage I saw here, I recognized it instantly, I remember all the music, all the mini games, all the levels, I always nailed the races and was way ahead of that cockroach. This game was my childhood!
HA! That Jon Snow joke got me good! XD And around the 3:50 mark did anyone else recognize that music? It was from the Buzz Lightyear game: Too much NOSTALGIA!
Hopefully he does a review on the sequel to this game which is Stuart Little 3: Big Photo adventure for the ps2. Some fond happy childhood memories were made by that game.
gotta say that i think, for the ps1, it looks really quite good- there's plenty of detail in the graphics, and for a game for a console released in 1995, the textures are pretty clear. yeah, i think the graphics have held up alright
+Iraklis Pazios yeah they can only fall so fast and that speed plus their body weight doesn't generate enough force to kill them. They might break some bones but they're probably going to survive even if they don't land on all fours.
Nostalgia!! I grew up playing this game...and my heart still races now seeing this...bad and good, cause I remember that the sewer level was my worst enemy when I was a little kid...but thank you Caddy for bringing back the memories! You're the best!

Though I've never played the game, I'm a little nostalgic over this, actually. Because I remember there was a Bonus Feature on the Stuart Little 2 DVD showing multiple trailers for the game. I watched those a bunch.
My cousin owned a PS1 and this game when I was a child. We would go to her house once a week to stay over, we never finished this game but we tried to finish it every week. So much nostalgia. This and the Bugs life video game for the PS1.
2:50 Actually! That's what our common sense dictates, since we reason in term of "how high must a human fall before breaking something", and if a human were to fall from a height that is more or less 10 time his size, he would've broke something. However, it make us forget that Stuart is falling from what is more or less 2 meters, and, while you could hurt yourself if you made a bad landing from this height, wouldn't be near enough to break a regular man's leg. Not to mention, since Stuart is a mouse, thus much, *much* lighter than a human, he'd be okay falling from way higher, since his bone and integral structure weight less in case of a choc, even from falling from high heights, that's why mouses and coakcroaches can fall from a second floor and be relatively okay, yet horses can't even handle tripping without going to the hospital and/or dying.

Even more than that. A mouse's terminal velocity isn't lethal. So they can fall off a building and still survive.
