You have to pin him TWICE unlike any other character.
hahaha flanders sucks in pvp, his circle is useless because it takes a long time to do it, the gods are lisa(SS),sax breaks opponent circle moves and his byte(unblockable) inflict a tons of damage, and willie(S) can spam regular circle rope tackles and circle flying moves, the traps are useless, but u can poke so well with triangle. A tier is Moe, his square combo is so fast and does a lot of damage, also u can cancel triangle rope tackle into square combo and circle into square combo

If I am to mention one flaw of this review, then it's that. I played through the entire game and Flanders was THE worst! And by that I mean that it took me forever to beat him, but once I did, I simply played as him and the rest of the game was a breeze
Flanders was the most OP character. He is the only character that revives at full health the first time you beat him (and he revives once in EVERY round) and he has the most OP power too, he casted lightnings that chased you for a REALLY long time and they were nearly imposible to dodge (totally imposible with some characters because of their hitbox). The worst thing is that he wasn't a computer only character, he was unlockable and he wasn't one of the last characters to unlock either. So, once you unlocked Flanders, you beated the game instantly.

This is one of those admittedly nostalgic bad games for me, and I actually DID beat the game 100%, yay 10-year-old me? :D that said I'm amazed he didn't bring up the cheap bollocks that is Ned Flanders in this game. You literally beat him, he gets all his health back, so you have to beat him AGAIN....Also as for the Chihuahua you can avoid it by exclusively using jumping attacks so yeah :D

Ive completed this game when I was younger, Mr.Burns is worse than bumblebee man. You fight Smithers and saw my last slither of health taken away by him throwing stuff on my dead body! I also remember Flanders being broken as he can't lose when being pinned on no health, meaning using him the ai only ever successfully pinned me ONCE the entire time I used him.
