ARABIC CHOPPED SALAD RECIPE!
This rainbow salad is a favorite side dish for kabsa, maqluba side salad, and more!
Don't get me wrong, I love a good tabbouleh salad or fattoush, but this Arabic salad is the best! It is loaded with healthy fresh ingredients and is the perfect complement to heavy Arabic meals.

ARABIC SALAD RECIPE :
Chopped Arabic Salad Ingredients:
2 cucumbers
3 tomatoes (2 vine tomatoes or 3 roma tomatoes)
1 red bell pepper
4 radishes
1 whole bunch fresh parsley
2 green onions
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Chop all vegetables really small, then toss with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
It's a little time consuming to chop all the fresh vegetables in an authentic Middle Eastern Salad. But, if you have a vegetable chopper, you can use that to save a lot of time!

I’m Mexican and my husband Palestinian. I have to say Arab salads are hands down THE BEST salads in the world 🙌 😋 when we cook together he makes the salads and his pro tip is “always used the (gloved) hands to squeeze out all juices and mix them together” like his mom, aunties, and sitty used to do. I swear he’s completely right lol.
