Ingredients: 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup ½ cup milk of choice ½ cup ice cubes 2 shots espresso

I think when you use raw cane sugar you need to adjust the liquid part. Mine came out too dry.

@@MishRuani they last about 4-5 days in the fridge ! I wouldn’t freeze them bc it would ruin the texture! ♥️

Ingredients in maqluba: Cauliflower Eggplant Salt & oil for veggies 1 whole chicken, cut into 6-8 pieces 1 tbsp ghee 1 yellow onion 🧅 1/2 tsp adobo powder for onions Spices in the broth: 1 tsp adobo powder 1 tsp Arabic 7 spices Salt & black pepper to taste 1 pack sazon 2 veggie stock cubes 1 cinnamon stick 4 cloves 4 cardamom pods 2 bay leaves 5-6 cups water For the rice: 1 cup basmati 3/4 cup short grain/ Egyptian rice 1 cup vermicelli noodles For layering: A little more cardamom, nutmeg & 7 spices Serve with Arabic chopped salad, yogurt, & toasted pine nuts ❤

Ingredients: 5-6 large tomatoes 🍅 1 red bell pepper 1 sweet yellow onion Handful garlic cloves Handful raw cashews Olive oil to preference Salt & pepper to taste Roast and then blend with: 1-2 cups bone broth (more for a thinner consistency) Chopped fresh herbs (I used parsley but basil is great too) Fresh grated Parmesan cheese ❤
