All the technology in the world and still cant beat the excitement of skimming rocks in a river with the oldies, just wish more kids would get out and do this with their mates and parents. Awsome vid guys.....
I noticed on some of the climbs that the 79 was spitting rocks and I was wondering if it was "locked"? Time to spin some spanners on the Tojo to dig deep and see what is malfunctioning - probably the factory diff lock collar is twisted splines. Shocker valving needs some altering, because it likes to pig root on the spot rather than putting traction down.
Yeah she’s a bit bouncy in the front he had the gvm upgrade done and reckon it needs a bit of a tweak. It has that really seedy wheel wobble in the front too so needs a bit of a going over. Hopefully with the rear locker it’s something simple. Being a e locker maybe even just a broken wire 🤞
The sound of the cruiser 💦😍. Thenav is whistling pretty loud did someone remove the chip haha. What a epic trip some step country where yiu guys went keep it up. How does the v8 patrol go with the power behind it
Sounds unreal the cruiser when he gets up it hey, the nav’s got a whistle in the exhaust tip for a bit of a laugh 😆 Some great tracks throughout that whole area. The gq is a absolute beast and super capable with its setup then having the power when it’s needed Thanks for watching
They’re Blackhawks atm But need something different to clear the strut tower which the ironman forged arms are looking to be the best option at the moment
@@4x4brothers interesting.. I’ve head the BH ones are the way to go, especially if engineering as they’ve got the documents etc… has the car had an alignment since installing, or have you contacted roadsafe to question the issue?
@@beardmotothe arms them Self a great it’s just the design and shape they just touch on longer droop than 2” these are a 3” shock . Just the shape of the Ironman one allows for the clearance. Be interesting to see what the new BH ones are like maybe they would work also
Great vid, loved your bunyip vid too
Cheers for tuning in mate appreciate it.

Absolutely mate give a kid rocks and water and they are going to have an absolute blast. It’s so good for the kids being away from all the technology
The white GQ is a tank. Gliding through tracks like butter.
It’s an absolute beast isn’t it. Keen to get out and do some harder stuff with it and see how it goes
Rippa spot all around there 😉 another great episode guy's 🍻👍
Bloody oth it is hey, whole different beast when it’s wet too 🤘
Cheers for watching mate
Great video, great hut but hard to get😂
Cheers mate, cracking location that hut, but definitely one of the the first ones to be taken
Awesome video, can’t beat the vhc 🤠👍
Cheers Shad
Bloody lucky to have it on our doorstep. But then again some of the spots you get to are insane as well
@@4x4brothers 😂😂, yeah i got a couple of spots 🤠.

Epic! Id love to know where you guys were. is that around thomson dan?
Thanks for watching mate yeah it’s Thompson dam area the hut was junction hut
@@4x4brothers amazing, I love that area! It's crazy how you managed to show how steep those tracks are that rarely happens. Epic video, seriously!
@@jer686 it’s so hard to capture on camera isn’t it then when you struggle to get up something its like how it’s a tiny hill 😂
Not enough weight on the front axil when going up the hill, you can see it is not planted on the ground, hence why the chassis extension is needed
You talking about the Nav yeah? We want to try a different rate spring in the front as it’s a bit excessive on the rebound too
@@4x4brothers taking about the 79 series
@@christurner68 ah gotcha makes more sense, we haven’t had much to do with them and don’t know to much about the 70s

@@4x4brothers I’ve also recently seen that BH are releasing fully adjustable and engineerable arms which could be the solution to issues like this…..
