Worked on a couple of these and also Oil Tankers as an (AB) AbleBodied Seaman.When loaded up they are low in the water with their Decks on,y 15 or so feet above the Sea surface and in choppy Waters Flying Fish take off and ride the crest of waves ending up on the ship’s deck.First thing in the morning we had to walk the length of the ship and throw scores of them back into the sea!!Such a waste of potential protein.

So 70 000 MT, a truck loads about 25 MT each, so a ship carry load for 2 800 trucks, a big one can take 120 000 MT and that is 4 800 truck loads, so the port drivers are busy for a bit.25 MT is a load for a EU truck but some countries allowed up to 60 MT in EU total vehicle weight so that would be about 40 MT for the load and 20T for equipment -truck / trailer ,so that would be 3000 truck loads, now in Australia they can load up to 300 MT loads, and only need 400 train-trucks. No self discharge. Terrible. This ship is overrated. It takes buckets to unload her when the Great Lakes 1014 foot Paul R Tregurtha can self discharge herself in 10 hours and have a clean hull ready for the next load.
These aren't the largest bulk carriers. Interesting that the video doesn't say size but I watch the Great Lakes bulk carriers and the Paul R. Tregurtha is 1013 feet long and 105 feet wide. I don't think any of these ships is even that size.
