I have one too and, to me, this sounds better than SM81 and even KM184. The only thing I'm not completely satisfied with is its craftsmanship especially the way the polar pattern indicating mark doesn't precisely line up with a clean and definite click with a firm position to the polar pattern mark when I turn to change the polar pattern. As for the sound, it's superb. This mic is one of my top 2 or 3 favorite SDC mics. Thanks for the review.

Yes, I agree with the mic sounding amazing. I really wanted a pair of Neumann KM184's, but now that I have the pair of SHURE KSM 141's, I completely gave up on the idea of buying the KM184's.
