How to increase quality of beeswax by natural method

- This is a traditional method for increase quality of beeswax by natural way. This method, which I had done in my bee farm in Cambodia, southeast Asia.

Using cloth as the filter is a very intelligent way to do this. You can even use different mesh grades of cloth for a finer filter, balancing cost with the desired final product. If you use a very fine-weave and more expensive cloth as a final filter for a very clean wax, you might be able to hot wash and clean that cloth for re-use (for a few times, at least) to reduce the cost. One beekeeper used a mesh metal deep-fryer basket (like used with french fries) for a top skimmer to clean off the melted wax during the initial melt from the raw comb, reducing the number of later cleaning cycles needed. Lots of possible filter methods!
Lots of beekeepers in the USA are older so you will get negative comments about your music choice. I like your ways of doing things. You use what's on hand and make lots of your own equipment which I like. Keep up the good work!

Cover your wax cake over night with cloth should stop it from cracking. Give a even temp while cooling

How do you clean up the cloth to reuse? Do you just boil it? I have cloth filter that I want to reuse. Thanks for your good video. By the way what you scraped off the bottom has a lot of propolis in it and we have a market for that here in the USA.

can anyone give advice please: I melted wax from brood comb by heating comb in water and pressing wax out.....the color of the wax is ranging from yellow (first wax to come out) to light brown and chocolate brown in the end(I was making small blocks).....is there a way to clear color of the brown wax? I tried to melt it in water couple of times and scrape the bottom dirt.....but the color is the same (maybe just slightly lighter)
You have to clean as much of the wax through different weaves of cloth, gets all the dirt out. Also if have the time and don't need the wax right away, a solar melter does a great job and if the sun is hot enough, it will bleach your wax towards white, NATURALLY

no, they can monetize their videos much more easily without music and forest sounds are considered ASMR which gives them more views and likes, if you want to listen to music you have the freedom to listen to anyone you want while listening to his videos on mute whereas we cannot listen to the sounds of his work now, besides you do not answer for "WE" you answer for "you", myself and a lot of other people had to mute the song so you cannot say "we" like it, "we" as a complete group of viewers are a mix of people who happens to like it or not.
At 5:05, there's quite a bit of wax dribbling down the side of the pot into the dirt. A bigger bowl, or a second bowl under the drip, or even working on a wetted concrete floor instead of dirt, would save this waste.

• always cover the wax as it solidifies so bugs and other contaminants don't spoil what you have just cleaned.
• have more containers, on the first ones do not squeeze the cloth at all, this will be your higher grade wax, squeeze the cloth so you don't waste any only on the other containers
• for UA-cam, do not use music, just leave the forest sounds it is much better and you can monetize you videos and earn money this way, search for "how to monetize your videos on UA-cam"
They did mix the wax with water to melt the wax. how did they separate the water from the wax?

It was melted in a container with a spigot on the bottom so they poured of the water which was at the bottom first, then the wax through the filter.
Wax floats on water so as it cools the wax rises to the top and can be lifted off when cold. All the dirt and muck will be underneath the wax and can be scraped off. Would still need to be fine filtered to make it perfectly clean.

like watching paint dry to irritating music - too slow.... please use more fast forward during the monotonous bits !! Please give more information : i.e. what cloth are you using and what tool do you use to scrape off the dirty wax at the bottom of the block

Good technique but Video is too slow, like watching grass grow :( you can cut out parts how long the wax melts, how he fixes the red tubs, and the the long focus on the cloth. I cant finish thi without falling asleep.
