There’s some great features in this house but not too keen on the balcony’s with what looks like a cheap secondary glazing and the adjoining bedroom with shared bathroom ….but I guess if you can afford this house it can all be sorted to your liking ,thanks for sharing Jira 👍
£500.000 pounds $588.000 Dollars. But be aware that as a Foreigner you cannot own the Land and only 40% of any Buildings. A Thailand Citizen must be the main owner. You could buy as a Company owner but that comes with a Lot of hassle and Taxes every year. Personally I’d rather Rent.

Incorrect. A foreigner can own 100% of the buildings that are on the land that he/she leases.
