Chapter 1 in DR2 is basically the normal one except that Nagito was succesful in killing but Teruteru didnt get motivated by him.

Ok, basically the plot:
THH
Sort of spoilers!
Chap.1:
Togami wakes up in a classroom, and sees a note written on the desk. Later he goes to the gym. And there then he meets his classmates. After monokuma says and announces everything, they are all shocked. But it goes on for several days and there isn't any murders happening. So monokuma steps up the game, and shows them their videos. After seeing makoto chasing sayaka, he and the others go after them, only to see makoto comforting sayaka.
But sayaka makes a plan, who noone expected. Going to the kitchen, she finds Aoi and Sakura drinking tea. Sayaka says "hi" and grabs the knife without them knowing. While on her way back, she invites Chihiro, thinking "she" is an easier target. In makotos room, she goes for the kill, and even though chihiro tried fighting back, sayaka won the battle. Chihiros dying message was sayakas name written in blood upside down. Later on in the class trial, they found sayaka guilty, and monokuma executed her.
Chap.2:
Monokumas new rule was giving their secrets and also opening new floors and rooms. Togami goes to the library, and finds a cable there for the lamp. He also finds some files about genocider jack, and tells makoto. Later at night, makoto goes to the training area, where he encounters Mondo lifting weights up. Somehow, mondo getting on makotos nerves and laughing at him for wetting the bed, plus sayakas passing, makoto gets furious and kills Mondo with the dumbbell, and to cover up his murder, he uses the cable and ties Mondo up,and writes blood bath on the walls as if genocider jack killed him. In the class trial, it reveals that Genocider Jack is Toko. And makoto gets executed. The trial ends with togami feeling betrayed and Toko crying because togami told her secret.
Chap.3:
This time, monokumas deal is that if the murderer escapes, they get money.
Toko seeing this as a chance to maybe gather byakuyas attention, and thinking he will survive, she goes for it. Knowing somehow that Sakura is the traitor, she goes and tells her to kill Aoi, and then Toko transfers to Genocider Jack, and kills Sakura herself. Realising that, she blames Genocider Jack. But, togami doesn't listen, and everyone except her votes for Toko.
Chap.4:
Leon falling in despair, he goes to ishimaru who is still crying over their friends death.
He asks ishimaru to kill him, but he refuses, and then he asks yasuhiro to kill him, but yasuhiro ends up hitting him in the head. While bleeding, he asks ishimaru to bring him protein, and some meds on the way. Ishimaru not realising that the meds were actually poison, he realises that he poisoned Leon's protein shake. Later on, ishimaru regretting everything, he still gets executed, with the chihiro laptop.
Chap.5:
Junko feeling the despair, she tries to kill yasuhiro. But yasuhiro fights back, accidentally killing junko. They all realising that it was yasuhiro, he ends up being executed.
Chap.6:
It is revealed that Kyoko is the mastermind, and her excuse was that for the death of her father. Everyone votes for her, and she dies as they end the killing game.
In the end, Mukuro goes and visits her sisters grave she built, and is voted for the best ultimate soldier, hifumi lives happily and meets more people like him, and confesses his love to Celeste, which she accepts. (Idk I just came up with this-)
Celeste lives her life long and lovely also becoming great friends with the survivors and revealing her name as Taeko Yasuhiro.
And togami, well, he joins the future foundation, and is also given the title as the ultimate hope. All the networth of his family is given to him.
I will add more later for SDR2 and V3.

Chapter 3 of DRV1 theory : Toko only planned to kill Sakura, but then realized how emotionally attached Aoi was to her. Feeling bad, but not bad enough to keep them alive, Toko killed the duo.

I think Sayaka went for the right choice though. Not that I hate Chihiro, I love him, but in this version, Sayaka did go for someone unathletic so she could murder him without getting murdered herself.

I think the Peko dying as the chapter 5 killer is a cool idea, as a sort of inverse version of Canon Kaede.
If I were to write the aftermath of it, I wouldn't have any of the surviving students be the replacement protagonist. The PoV frequently changes as they gather up clues and close any grievances they may have.

Chapter 3: Sakura snaps at all of Syo's comments about Hina's body and tries to kill her. But Syo has already killed Hina and takes advantage of a shocked Sakura.
Chapter 4: Taka and Leon plan to kill themselves out of despair.
Chapter 5: Hiro is tired of Junko's bullshit.
