My experience these do not tighten up at all. They slide around and do not hold. Only way I was able to get them to mount in place was to take the rail off the helmet and then screw in the t nut upside down. Then it held in place properly. edit Or do not use the washer included with the mounting kit.

Has to be Otto, they have a proprietary mounting using a ball-joint

I bought this for my peltor arc mount before I watched this video. Couldn’t figure out why it didn’t fit. But I used a file on the adaptor and it works good
