I agree with a lot of the critiques and i feel like most people do as well. But I feel like we have an a la carte menu so that folks can travel their way, whatever that may look like to them. Also i think blanco is supposed to be shared between two people hahaha
Thank you for a fair review of a ULCC. People expect the Hilton paying Ramada Inn prices and much like hotels not all airlines are built the same. BTW, NK FA here, the reason we have the windows open is incase of an emergency during critical phases of flight like takeoff/landing and we have to evacuate we need complete visibility to asses outside conditions. How are we supposed to know which side is safe if all the windows are closed?
I have had pretty bad experiences with frontier in the past, but i just took 3 flights with them last week and the pilots had perfect landings every time, so the pilots at least do a good job.

I don't think you need to book round trip to get the best price on Frontier. Also, it may not have been as comfortable for you, but showing your viewers what it is like to sit in a standard seat on Frontier would have made this review more realistic to what most people experience on Frontier.
U really don't get it, they state 1 price( cheap like u like them) and by the time ur done flying ur flight price double or tripled.. and u still have to deal with the constant bs they do..
I haven't experienced a comical safety demo but on a United flight last spring, passengers were told in case of cabin pressure loss, facemask wearers would have to remove their facemask before donning oxygen mask!
Of my 4 trips booked with Frontier, 3 were canceled in advance, and the one that wasn't I was 2 flights in when they canceled my final leg. They gave me a $100 credit that would have had to be used inside of 90 days....and stranded me overnight. In the morning, they loaded the plane and then unloaded it twice because of mechanical issues. Every flight i took departed 1-1.75 hrs late. By the time i made 8t from Salt Lake to Philly with Frontier I could have easily driven the 36 hours with time to spare. I missed my first night of hotel (and i still had to pay for it) i missed my first day od rental car (and i still had to pay for it) i missed out on pre paid activities. I also was late getting back and missed another day of work. Factoring in all those missed expenses i could have flown first class on Delta. Avoid Frontier.
Exactly, they literally just did the same thing to me yesterday except after requesting a full refund they attempted to rebook 4 different flights without my permission.. they have no customer service so I had the bank stop any and all payments..
@CruzReviews_Opinions They had closed their customer service line in May 2024, but they have reopened it, its ONLY available to people with a ticket within 24 hours (before or after a flight) call it NOW!
@truneilson yes u are right about that, but when 10k people are calling that same number,, on the same day and they have 2 agents,,good luck.. there's a reason why they don't want to speak to people.. lmfao
It's not, when ur flight gets canceled and u have no where to stay, and have to pay for food and hotels then have to pay 40 just to rebook.... and then have to worry about all the other cheap ass oppressed people who behave like animalls..I rather pay more and avoid the bs

Did you get paid for doing advertisement for Frontier? All I see lately is Frontier making people pay $99 for the carry on bag, even when it fits into THEIR sizer because the gate agent want that $10 commision.
Khanh - I did not. I originally wasn't even going to post a review of Frontier since I thought it would be meh, but it turned out to be a lot better than I expected. I realize their model can create a lot of frustrations though.

I flew ultra budget and I understand their model but what they do to incentivize their gate agent is wrong. They literally try to make people pay even though they follow Frontier own rules for their $10 commission per denial. And if you say anything, you're off the plane. I was considering their Go Wild pass but I wouldn't touch that airline even if the pass is FREE.
Just saw where they boarded a woman incorrectly on a flight and took her to a wrong COUNTRY, not just a wrong city. That on top of another video I saw of recent rotten service I will not be flying Frontier.
@kevinp8108 what about the 40 they charge to speak to a agent or print out tickets, the no customer service after they cancell ur flight or rebook u without ur permission..and the hotel fee, food and transportation because lord knows u will never leave on time and 68% of the flights are delayed or cancelled.. good luck
The only thing I don't like about Frontier is that they fly more slowly to save fuel and think we're too stupid to notice. You notice when your flight takes 45-60 minutes longer than it should in normal weather.
U can't be serious...lmfao... bro , it's a budget airline with no real gates at the airport.. 9-10 they share the gates with another cheap ass company.. the reason ur flying around for no reason is because they don't have space for u to land, they literally have maybe 2 gates at a airport but want to have 50-100 flights per day.. thats why so many flights are cancelled.. they have a small window to operate and if they miss it they have to wait for another shot.. but honestly save urself the headache and fly American

Frontier must have paid for your trip. They are truly the worst. You’ve been paid off.

If you travel only with the clothes on your back then Frontier is cheap. Otherwise it's pricier than United.

FYI the greenest airline is about the carbon emissions. As a F9 employee myself they are one of the lowest fuel burn carriers.

And someone mentioned the safest record , they fly maybe 50x less flights than a major airline ,, maybe that's why..
I assume you had board first, did they ask anyone early boarding to see of bags were too big or heavy ext
I did - and surprisingly they did not check - I've certainly had my bags scrutinized on other budget carriers though (Spirit in particular)

Horrible airline! Second flight I made with them was delayed four times. Last one stranded me and a child in the LV airport for 20 hrs! Never again.
