after watching this video, my conclusion:
was there a quid pro quo between Imran Khan and the other party? No
was Imran Khan personally benefited directly or indirectly? No
was there a malicious intent behind this project ? No
was the money transactions openly conducted and purchase records are available? Yes
most importantly, can this entire process could have been done in a better way? - absolutely Yes.
Ik is the trustee in the fund.. So yes he benefited directly from it.. Or at least the angels around him did.. And malpractice and misuse of authority is enough reason to land yu in jail weather yu benefited from something directly or not that doesn't matter..

funny how a video about a case in which imran khan was arrested has a total direct discussion of him in only the last 45 secs, the rest 11 minutes no one wants to question or arrest, no one wants to question hussain nawaz who showed on paper that he got 45 million pounds but in reality the money was 190 million pounds
I heard that same thing happens in Canada as well where Pakistani's overpay for the same property and get the mortgage registered at the higher rates and use the profit and laundered money to make another investments.
Hard to believe as banks do their own property assessment and a as rule of thumb, it is normally around 10% below the market value. Bankers are a lot smarter than these so called Pakistani's.

Though here I don't agree ( but I don't know other similar cases details ) IK should have asked everyone to peruse case in UK.
But if we have Lawyers and Generals who are influenced by money individual even as a PM has limited powers.
The way G Hameed Intervened and lawyer also supported the same rather than further investigation explains that both of them were compromised.

The broader objective of USA dominated West in 21st century is to serve its imperialistic objectives keeping in context the new realities, conditions of 21st century.
While European imperialism existed for the last three centuries in the form of colonization of Africa, Asia and American continent & which ultimately collapsed due to the two world wars between great imperialistic powers in Europe etc
But still britian & many imperialistic powers managed to keep their system intact in their former colonies like the political, economic, social set-up remained same as it was during British rule. The laws remained almost same,the constitution was derived from government of India act,1935, whether in India or Pakistan, the basic economic structure didn't see a lot of change etc. The medium of instruction in education, remained same, the elite class almost remained same like the loyalty & allegiance of elites like bhuttos changed from her majesty queen of britian to newly born pakistan. That's why the British only transferred power at the time of independence of their former colonies like India, pakistan etc & it happened gradually over the years. The britian even after becoming weak during the two world wars left their former colonies cleverly & wisely, keeping their system intact in these colonies just in order to have a considerable influence on the way of thinking, life, governance, from polity to economy to social life on the people of their former colonies. And to the advantage of British & these Anglo-Saxons, the ruled over the areas, regions & cultures which today comprise of approximately 60-70 % of world population & that is the reason you would find English to be one of the most spoken & daily used language of the world, influence of British political, economic, social, bureaucratic structure of life in most or all of their former colonies which today comprises more than half of the world population.
Actually the British never left even after leaving. Their ideas, thoughts, ideologies are deeply ingrained on our way of life and they left here for us to rule their former loyal elite class which maintained that system in our societies and they ingrained on us a superiority complex of their system,ideas, thoughts etc.
You won't see many Chinese person speaking English, German etc or a Russian man speaking English etc or even French person speaking English , just because they can't learn to speak English or they don't know English because they don't have that superiority complex about English or their system because they have not been colonized by britian.
The point is system needs to change from basics, the present system needs to collapse and a new social order under new system needs to evolve like French revolution of France, Russian revolution of Russia, or how Mustafa Kemal of Turkey changed the basic structure of turkey post Ottoman Empire defeat, how he even changed the script (writting pattern) of Turkish language etc . I am not ideologically aligned with any of the revolutions i mentioned above,there might be some good and bad things in all the new systems that evolved in these countries after the revolutions, but the thing is pakistan needs a revolution of a kind of these keeping in view the cultures, geography, religion etc of Pakistan in order to get the real freedom and for Pakistan & Pakistanis to have a unique stature, and dignity on the world stage.......
