Other animals who live in water that eats the plants. Hydration, ecosystems for wildlife to flourish and eat the plants. Dead plants probably will have to be cleaned out at least once a year. ❤ more wildlife should help property values. ❤ aloha

Do a test pond with fish. One pond. That will give you the answer. I’m guessing the ponds that are aerated don’t have the problem or it’s to a much lesser degree. The obvious solution is to run out the contract of the current maintenance company then hire the prior company that performed a much more efficient job. I see pattern here. First they switch trash companies which has proved to be less efficient, now the pond maintenance crews. What’s the old adage? You get what you pay for.

No one else is talking about these new homes in the North, so glad you’re covering this development. Great update!

Nice house! The only issues are the cement walls around the house. I don’t know why people like it.. I find it confining and looks too industrial. I heard these homes are where most of the Airbnb and rentals and noisy parties are, is this true?

It looks like you guys had minimal damages. As for the contractors not picking up the debris, I think The Villages should have made arrangements with their own staff and picked it up. It’s crazy that the residents had to haul it to the recreation centers.

The water TV uses to lower the retention ponds should be given to the residents to water their lawn for FREE. Really dumb they are charged for the same water TV is wasting.

Thank you for the awesome videos you produce. I would love to move to Florida but I am afraid of the hurricanes. I’m a NJ boy and am now thinking about Arizona. Live there for 9 months of the year and then stay 3 months in Malibu CA in a RV park.

Thanks i would advise to talk to a CPA Tax Attorney Tax Specialist. I think only the property tax and mortgage interest are possibly the only 2 items that are tax deductible.
