This is an absolute joke of reporting. Seriously, you need to take more than 3 minutes to give more than this overly broad 3 situations of heat illnesses. This is such garbage and misleading information !!!
I understand they can't give every situation or circumstance. However, not everyone is built the same. At least give a statement to that fact. Children, the elderly, and those with underlying illnesses NEED to take extra precautions.
