Unicorn Cake Recipe :
Vanilla Cake Recipe for 7 inch cake ( Trimmed down to 6 inch if you cut the edges)
OR you can also do an 8 inch cake ( Trimmed down to 7 inch if you cut the edges)
Note: you will need 2 or 3 batches to make this Cake ( Depending how high you want the cake )
Vanilla Cake Recipe ( Makes one Batch for one layer )
Dry Ingredients :
400 grams of sifted plain flour
350 grams of caster sugar
pinch of salt
2 teaspoon of baking powder ( sifted)
1 teaspoon of baking soda ( sifted)
Wet Ingredients
200 mL of Oil
300 mLof BUTTERmilk
3 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
