THE PERFECT FUNFETTI CAKE RECIPE ( 6" Cake )
Vanilla Cake Base ( Makes a 6 inch cake )
4 cups of flour
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
330 grams of salted butter ( normally i use unsalted, but for this recipe i recommend salted butter)
2 1/2 cups of sugar
5 eggs ( room temp )
1.5 tea spoon vanilla essence
400 ml of milk
1/2 cup sprinkles ( I used CK jimmies , but i heard wilton brand works too ) Just make sure you use good quality sprinkles that are not only rod shaped, but thick.
Cream Cheese Frosting
250 grams of butter ( room temperature )
250 grams of cream cheese ( room temperature )
5 cupcakes of icing
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
