I can do this but I can't roll my r's. Brilliant! haha. Thanks for the education here. New sub from me. Started learning 2 months ago and loving it so far! Much prefer it to when I tried learning Spansih. Most likely cause I have a much bigger connection to Sweden.
Den skånska accenten ❤ ganska konstigt att “å” låter som “eåå” där men “ååa” i centralsvenska. Jag har uppfattat att när jag säger “blå” och “blåa” låter de likadant 😅
I think so far what I’ve been struggling with the most with Swedish is not surprisingly the syntax of the language, but deffinatly the pronunciation, and I also get en/ett confused. Hopefully soon I will start with a tutor. Also having a background speaking Dutch, I tend to really stress the “G” sounds in Swedish, which apparently is not correct and can come off as offensive.
That's not so different from English: A: indefinite article I: First person singular subject pronoun U: sounds just like "you" O: Interjection E: another interjection "Eeeee!" Y: Interrogative "why"?
My daughter can't roll her R's either. We are American. Every language we're trying to learn right now rolls Rs. so I told her "Look, he can't roll Rs either, and he Swedish." She said "I respect that." 😂😂

i Åö (In Stream Island)
haha - lön is lohn in german :-) but you dont have ü, right?
I think our y is your ü.
we have a famous athlete called Carolina Klüft, where we pronounce the ü as a swedish y, but it's not a standard letter in our alphabet
correction: it'a åland not öland
Nope, Åland is Finnish.
@@TheSwedishLad I didn't know, thanks

😂 jag snackar Närkingska, det låter mycket olika skånska, speciellt "u".
Ja verkligen

Very true
I bet you don't have quasi like we have auf Deutsch 😌

I can't roll my Rs either! So annoying!
Let's form a club.
@@TheSwedishLad a sad, sad club 😆
Ööö du talar skånska.
Sånt som händer.
Skånsk pronunciation of å is destroying my rikssvenska ears
På ö ä en ö.
Lysande.
@@TheSwedishLad Tack så jättemycket käre Martin.
