First and for most I would say that you're a well versed lady in research. Am an Algerian PhD student preparing a PhD about the moderating role of earnings management on the relationship between corporate tax avoidance and firm value. Am really struggling to create an outline for my dessertation. Could you suggest some ideas for me bearing in mind that I devided my dessertation into 4 chapters.

I suggest you look at recent dissertations submitted in your department or school (university library, department library, major advisor) to see generally how they are structured. Graduate schools often have instructions for formatting dissertations and theses. In many cases, there is an introductory chapter or literature review followed by research chapters and a summary or abstract. You can also look at information on how to outline a document such as a scientific paper for pointers on organizing your individual research chapters, especially if you plan to submit them individually for publication.
