After rewatching several times, I was able to duplicate the way you have the speaker array bag set up. So thank you!! Yours is the only video to properly show that. Looking forward to my first big gig this weekend with the 1S. I have a Peavey 6 BT mixer rather than a Tonematch but it works just as great. Edit: one month later and I have a Tonematch which does work better and utilizes the B1 a lot better. :)
I own this model and it has great sound I don't use the Tone match I only put a keyboard through this PA system. the mixer is in the keyboard. So My question is Can I pan musical instruments using my Keyboard settings so that it comes out left or right side of the 12 speakers. 6 Left and 6 Right. ?

I hooked up my guitar cable into the Bose T1 ToneMatch on channel 2..I selected Acoustic guitar, turned on both volumes (on Tonematch and Base at bottom) but still did not work? ....I started to play the guitar but did not hear any sound from the Bose speaker . Also, I did not see the green light at the top of the input signal on the channel 2 2 .....Do you know the solution?

Good thing I found this video again!! My friend has two Model IIs hooked together to one mixer. If you were using Tonematch like Gene does here, you would just set one up normally; but on the second 1S, you would use the one 1/4 plug on the power stand of the second 1S and plug it into, say, the 4/5 channel on the Tonematch and control it that way. But first, you would have to set the volume on the second 1S to halfway or so.
when it comes to the ipod connection, your method is not correct. The correct way of using the ipod on the tonematch is to use the channel 4&5 with a split cable red (Ring) on top and gray(tip) on the bottom and the 1/8th end into the ipod. Also you have to set the Tone Match preset to DJ play back to get the optimal sound playing the ipod.
Hey, Neil!! You would do that the opposite way actually, by plugging the Pioneer mixer into an available channel on the T1. The way Bose recommends you to do it is to plug that mixer into the combo Channel 4/5. That is, if you set your Tonematch preference for DJ/Playback. Gene didn't do that here. He started from scratch without any presets. I hope I was able to help at least!! :)
