Hi everyone. This is Cooking Wit Tip. This video this week contains a special treat, "Strawberry Pudding Cookie Cake" which was inspired by a wonderful young lady "MY FULL FIGURED LIFE". She is truly an inspiration. I will also be preparing Glazed Meatloaf with Lima Beans on a bed of yellow rice with a side of Cornbread. Also I want to say thank you to all of you who have been encouraging me to do what I love to do.

Tip you are wonderful. You cook like me but better. I so enjoy you, your food, personality and now I'm ending all my sentences with YOU ALL. I'm no longer able to cook due to disability but I'm living my love of cooking through your enthusiasm. Your meatloaf, cornbread, neck bones with Lima beans and rice looked phenomenal. I'm a 76 year old Italian living in South Carolina and have learned to use neckbones and collards, good sweet potato pie, and lots of sweets. Please keep up your shows, I absolutely love your cooking and you. I also love the amounts you make. You obviously have a large family. I come from a family of 7 growing up. God is a Healer of All Diseases! In November I was stricken with a illness that left me unable to walk, sit up,knocked my kidneys out,I was in the hospital for over 2months, then placed in a rehabilitation facility, they wanted to put me in a Nursing home! To God be the Glory, my daughters brought me home, with God, my daughters loving care,and therapists, nurses coming to my house, I can now walk with assistance, I can even go in the kitchen with help! I don't care what people say, as long as you trust God, and believe All things are possible you will, and can do the things you once you to do! Now,I never said, you are going to jump and be 100%,but if you want to cook,get your wheelchair, ask for help, and do what your body allows you to do! May God continue to bless you always with strength! 🤗🙏

@@tinasoblessed6350 yes indeed. I had a stroke in 2016. And then in February2017 I broke my left hip. First surgery wasn't successful. My leg bone split in 2. I had to go back under I almost lost my leg. But thank God everyday for blessing. Having that doctor's hand in keeping my leg. I came home and made my first large dinner for my family. My daughter helped me. But I made it. And I thank God everyday for my healing.

Let me tell you, your video of the mac & cheese popped up on UA-cam when I opened it. I watched it,I paused the video subscribed AND rung the bell. Then I went back to watching the video & watched all the other videos that same day (back to back). You are so down to earth and I was literally just relaxing in bed watching them. Went to vocational school in high school for 3 years (I graduated 11 yrs ago) I'm a cook myself, now it's only my fiance and I (in our apartment) but I can't cook for only 2 so I cook big as well! 😁 You are inspiring me to make cooking/baking videos. I love that your videos are long cause I feel like mine would be that long. If I start making videos I would "try" to cut down the time but I find it hard to do that. I'm a detailed person so I LOVE that your videos are detailed. Yes, some stuff you do get a head start on and explain what you did to it, I like that too! You gotta send me a plate, great job! I look forward to the rest of your videos! Her recipes always turn out great for me, but I do always cut back on the salt. But as she repeatedly tells us, season to our own table!!!!! I just love her and yes, I cook big too, although all my children have flown the coop. I believe in cooking once and freezing for several meals in the future!

Mrs Tip, you're like me about cooking cause you may have something or may not, im disabled and have a fixed income. Your recipes make it easy to use something else if I don't have the one thing you use. Thank you for that. Your recipes are affordable. A lot of others have stuff I may can't afford.

Miss Tip I love the way you cook! Everything looks delicious!!! If I can make a suggestion I learned when I was younger. Put a pinch of baking soda in your beans it helps them get tender and brings the gas off also put a heavy teaspoon for a small pot or tablespoon for a large pot in the bottom and it will jump your beans you can turn the burner on high add a half pot of water to cover the beans and they won't boil over. Just add water as needed if it boils down 2 hrs they should be good. I'm going to make your pudding cake for the holidays. Dang Girl.....This is the first time I have watched you. Based on this video alone I am going to subscribe and ring the bell. I have Never seen a Strawberry Pudding Cookie Cake made like this. I Love Lima Beans and Yellow Rice. I especially Love how you made your cornbread. I make it the exact same way. I WILL be scrolling thru your other videos to see what I can make too. Tip you cook so much like me and my family. I am a Northerner but my dad was from Alabama he taught my mom and she taught us. He always said she perfected what he taught her because she was a Northerner but cooked like a Southerner. Do what you do!
My grandma makes her cornbread similair to that but she uses sour cream and melt a stick of butter in the pan before pouring the batter in, as well and it's so good and moist like cake, that's the only cornbread I eat with a fork.
