Great tips on how to grind.
Another tip for people who are new to grinding metal is a blue or black sharpie is your best friend you can cover the part you are grinding it'll show where you ground and where you haven't ground.

Cool tips. Your grinding in the same manner that you sand primer or filler. In a multi directional X pattern.

Great instruction video Lou. I've been watching 2007 MuscleCar episode when you were building the '67 LeMans. (Because I am currently restoring MY '67 LeMans that I've owned since 1975) I'm glad I found you again. Thanks for sharing your skills and most of all, thank you for your Service to our Country. Subscribed.

2:59 While it is still really bright light. The hood filters the damaging wavelengths. It is a function of the glass not the electronics. So you can take some comfort knowing that even when you forget to turn it on, it is still considerably safer than flashing yourself with nothing on.

Hi Lou, Great too see you back man. Love your work.
I have a 69 Chevelle myself and want to stiffen up the frame. I just put on the body over the frame, but I can pull it back off. Look forward to seeing more of the Chevelle build.
What girding disk type and grit were you using?

Ok, as usual, late for the party, keg is floated, etc.. :D So glad I found this, FANTASTIC to see you doing what you do best, which teaching and working on the rides! Maybe do some google ads to get your numbers up and get more eyes on this? Seriously - I was heartbroken when I saw there was a new season of the other show and yooze guys weren't there.

You can do something similar with jackstands and buckets of water. This way is just more professional

You spend way too much time on explaining things and showing the process. Exactly how much of a video needs to be dedicated to showing how to fill a hole in a frame? In reality 60 seconds is more than enough. Content is more than just making a video long.
