@@RoadTripTravel I moved from Santa Rosa Beach Florida (located between Destin and Panama City Beach) Santa Rosa Beach is absolutely gorgeous but there’s a different type of people there that I wasn’t thrilled with. South Florida is more laid-back.
This video was made last August when the snowbirds were up north. When they are here it's bumper to bumper traffic and long waits to get into restaurants and everything else. We live here year round and when asked what our favorite season is we tell them it's summer.
Oh, it's hard to say. I did not spend enough time there. Most run right into the next, most are really sandy, but some have rocks. Besides Venice Beach there is Caspersen Beach, Brohard Beach North Jetty Beach and Nokomis Beach.
I never knew about Venice, Florida. Thanks for posting this amazing overview. We love to travel to Florida, so we will have to make this a stop on our next trip down. The drum circle looked like fun. Would love to be there for real someday.
Phoenix to Chicago, to Indiana, to Alabama, to South Carolina, then to St. Augustine, down to the Keys, Then to Mississippi, to New Orleans, across Texas and New Mexico to Arizona then up the coast of California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, then back to Arizona. It took five months, 10,000 miles, and we went through 20 states on that road trip.

I moved 6 months ago to Nokomis Fl which is about a five minute bike ride to downtown Venice. It’s a lovely place.
