10 Tips for managing COVID 19 protection

This audio clip is going around,,, apparently from a study compiled by Chinese scientists, based on autopsies and their first hand experience, as the first ones on the front line battling this disease...
It all sounds like good information and even somewhat hopeful if people remain vigilant in following the steps and guidelines. I would love it if as many people and professionals, as possible could evaluate, crosscheck, and corroborate this information, and bring it into a more reliable professionally sourced format, so it could be re-created and widely distributed... More widely spread and officially accredited, than a viral message on our FB messengers.
I've gotten this sent to me by a couple friends now on messenger. And these are relatively hopeful insights that I hope can offer some protection mechanisms against Covid-19...
I am adding a video caption to it so I can share it on my page and other pages… I may eventually spell out each of the tips as a slideshow to complement the audio… But I would prefer such information to be professionally sourced and produced.
