Ok, my lower back hurt since the quarantine started. I've tried following a couple of vids for lower back pains and none of them worked. But after following this vid, the aches i have totally disappeared. Like magic! So yeah, I'm subscribing!

Great feeling short class with mostly twisting poses/stretches. Yummy.

Within about 1 minute you've gone through 5 positions without any advice for length of time!! For people with sciatica?? Just awkward and having to skip to another video
Stopped at 3 seconds. How do I seat on the floor with a sciatica?? 😂
I totally understand. This class is helpful when the sciatica isn’t acute. Keep resting, icing and walking short distances. When the pain begins to subside and you’re able to sit on the edge of a pillow or folded blanket, do as much of the class as you can. ☺️
