Millionaire shortbread Trek bars are LIFE. With a cup of coffee w oatmilk = perfect afternoon snack. My kid also loves them.
I know it defeats the purpose but the chef woo ramen tastes better cooked on the stove, you get a better noodle consistency that way 👌

I didn't know about the Chef Woo ramen. I really like Immi brand vegan tonkotsu protein ramen so if I see Chef Woo I will have to try it, too!

Love the UK stuff
I got the chocolate moo less and it's good. When you shake/blend it, it gets a little fluffy for lack of better words. I love the macros on it and it's pretty tasty
Oooh these TREK bars are so good, I was able to find the flapjack '' oat bars '' version in my little supermarket in France, I grabbed a box and the next week I took them all 😅 They're the best bars I've had so far that doesn't have a weird taste, so impressed !

I love the Chef Woo protein ramen. Aldi carries it every once and a while and I always stock up and stash it at work for emergency lunches. I agree the chicken one is better than the beef.

If you ever find yourself in the Netherlands Albert Heijn has the trek bars you love so much + a lot of great and affordable vegan options for meat substitutions :) Also, if you ever go, Amsterdam is my least favorite city though I Highly recommend going to Rotterdam or Utrecht instead!

Protein cup noodles sound like a GREAT quick meal - I wish such options were more readily available! When traveling I pretty much always take some shelf stable (vegan) meat sticks and tofu as an easy way to add protein to my meals when balanced vegan options are hardy available.
Also, the TREK bars.... I really wish I could try these after this review :D So bad they only sell these in the UK!

I remember milk having a bitter aftertaste!!! That's why i stopped drinking it way before i even went vegetarian.

I'd eat the ramen but I'd throw away the seasoning packet because of the cane sugar and maltodextrin. I only wished they didn't use flour and just made it a pure protein ramen.
