@@letsstartahomestead I agree and breaking the fast can be at a latter time of the day, like after lunch, between 12:00-2:00pm. And that means you would skip the traditional “breakfast time”
I don't really cook breakfast meals for my family other than on holidays and some weekends. I need to get back into that. I do make some breakfasts for dinner!

Do you have to emphasize “local” on everything? I used some “local” eggs. No you used eggs. No one actually cares if they are local or not. Buying local is great but stop playing the card of I’m better then you because I buy local.

I agree!! I’ve been burned so many times by AI generated recipes, so I always appreciate when people test and modify their recipes before sharing.
