Why do these judges entertain these idiots? I’m a 58 year old black man in America. If i behave like this when I was younger, I would’ve been thrown in jail in two minutes flat!!!

Why didn't their mother teach them better? That's what frustrates me. As a parent it is my duty to raise my child with some ability to show respect, even if you don't respect the authority.
Maddening. Judges should require defendants to sit still and be present on camera for the entire hearing.

The evaluation is a waste of time and (a lot of) money. He’s not incompetent, he’s just screwing around.
If they do not do these things then they use that as a basis for appeal
@@Sinful_Josh The defendant would have to be willing to tell the appeals court he was too crazy to be tried. There’s zero chance of that happening.
In any case, appeals based on competence are rare except when the person is truly out of their mind AND they accept a lawyer. Neither of those is the case here.

@@Sinful_Josh Filing for an appeal wouldn’t drag out the original trial. And he’s not competent enough at writing legal papers to succeed at an appeal, which is all judges care about when they consider the chance of an appeal.
I mean, if he can’t follow simple instructions and doesnt understand what the judge is saying…

I am amazed that the judge didn’t order him not to try talking over her. I am surprised he wasn’t charged with contempt.
I would send the police to his residence now, he is driving again without a license, and from the looks he is getting ready to relocate his embassy.

He should be charged with contempt in addition to his other charges. Additionally, he should no longer be offered the option to attend a hearing via zoom. Every little bit you give these sovereign citizens they will waste the court's time. Put him in a tight little box and penalize him every time he causes a delay.
Forensic Psychologist here. It’s not an issue of incompetence, rather these sovereign idiots are antisocial. They suck up court time and costs, without ever being held responsible for their behaviors. Trying to reason with them is a fool’s errand. Some judges get to the point directly, and they are interesting and hopeful to watch. This judge is so passive that the legal process doesn’t ever get resolved.

Judges are too easy on these sovereign citizens. They need to be told the constitution also has the 10th Amendment and states have rights. The 10th Amendment to the United States Constitution states that any powers not given to the federal government or taken away from the states are reserved for the states or the people. It was ratified on December 15, 1791.

The judge is too lenient. He should have been ordered to sit, face the camera, and remove his hood and hat before anything proceeded. After him acting a fool for 3 minutes, she should have held him in contempt and issued a bench warrant. Let him sit in jail for 24 hours then he can see the doctor in there.
