I only had 4 weight yarn. So i used a 5.5mm hook. How many rows would i do for the 9 to 12 month size? My guess with this yarn I would need to do less rows than with a DK weight yarn. Can anyone help? Thank you

I wouldnt like to say without knowing your tension........ It may be best to google a head circumference chart and work to what it suggests....... hope that helps xxx

How can we make the leaf a little smaller? It looks like its almost as big as the hat, in the chapter pics of the intro the leaf looks the perfect size, but in this video it seems too big?

you could drop down a hook size to make the leaf smaller or use a smaller hook and thinner yarn :) xxx

yes it will fit a 3 year old the ribbing gives it plenty of stretch :) xxx
