If you know anyone who does roofing, painting, landscaping, plumbing, electricians, home cleaning, window cleaning, grout, power washing, solar, car detailing, wrapping etc. SEND THEM THIS VIDEO LINK - ua-cam.com/video/dMp3J5DPzy8/v-deo.html

      Brett: This is one of the single best podcast episodes I've ever seen. These guys are doing a great job on the front end, but don't yet understand the back end. They should be doing seller financing to their best employees, with an ongoing industry association membership at say, 3% of sales. This will make them teachers of small business owners on an ongoing basis. Big corporations cannot compete with networks of owner operated small businesses.

    I worked as a pool tech for a couple years (repair side), and i never relaised the amount of pools the cleanera could do in a day. The company as segmented in two so i never got to go out and actually clean pools.
    If you're mechanically inclined hot tub repair is a good market to tap into. I trained with a guy who only worked on hot tubs and he stayed busy year round.
    I really enjoyed the questions that were asked and much props to those guys for being open and really answering the questions and not trying to hide anything so you can buy a course.

      @TheBrettWay  8 місяців тому +3

      @@caiomoura9637 i would assume he learned unbounce early on in his career and became more proficient with it and then when he started go high level it was just habit. Im sure it was just a personal preference and not really an overly tactical choice. Just do whatever gets the job done. He likes go high level because he can have sub accounts accross his different companies - pool cleaning, pest control, car detailing and painting

    I could not see any other host as amazing as Brett when it comes to asking the right and important questions to entrepreneurs. ❤
    LITERALLY!
    Like I saw this interview with Dan Koe where the host use WGMI studio, that’s why I thought it was familiar but the host is not Brett. I watched the whole vid cos’ I love Dan but I’m really not feeling the questions from the host, I don’t know, I can’t watch any other interview vids now and not ending up comparing them to Brett.
    In my mind I always say ‘Brett could have done it better’. 😢
    I kinda wish he’s also gonna do interview with Dan Koe.

    I'd love to hear more from them regarding Home Cleaning services. Would that be possible?

    This all gets weird when you ask, "how much did you have to pay him?" That wording and what is implied behind it is super off putting. Then to hear them explain how little they paid the guy they just described as being the linch pin of the growth of the company? Less than $50k a year? I hope that's not the while story on how they compensated his work in the company. "dangling that dollar..." Disgusting.

      $24/hr is about $50K/yr for relatively low skilled work for guys in their 18-24 years is not bad money. Some people will always hustle more than others. But yeah you have to take care of your good ones.
