Nice Job! I have the 1996. Been driving it for 13 years. I bought it in 2003. I can afford a newer, more up to date car, but this 96 9c1 is for me. I can out run just about anything with the a/c on and still get 24 hwy. Good luck with yours!
Nice car. You dont see to many 91-92s around anymore. Those TBI engines in the 9C1's ran pretty good too with the larger camshaft and bigger fuel injectors then what they had when it was a civilian version.
I really like this Dash. Although both are Digital Speedometer, I think the Dash for 91-93 LTZ & Police 5.7 , is more police-ish than the Cluster of 94-96 Caprice
Could you kindly replace the chime in this Caprice with a scary buzzer from a 1983-91 GMC Vandura and then do a video of this Caprice with the scary GMC Van buzzer?

It's a little pity that the 91-92 "Red-Crystal & Silver Trim" Taillamp got replaced by the 93-96 "Horizontal Scratches & Silver Bezel" Taillamp
