Last year he interviewed for Raptors HC job, this year Detroit & Lakers. He was rumored to be Pistons front runner. Dude was gonna get a HC job if not this year, next year. Leagues need to stop recycling coaches.

None, but he wouldn't be fired after a year or two. The expectations for the Lakers are unrealistic. They're a mid at best team in the west but expected to be a contender

I wonder for all the athletes with podcast and doing journalism on tv everyday now realize they were in the same exact situation JJ is it’s just a different job. Nobody was on tv crying about the athletes being inexperienced in journalism or nothing of the sorts they could care less and like with everything they had to learn and grow and find their way cuz they were doing something they HAD NO EXPERIENCE in!! Yet I see them all on tv forgetting they were JJ once upon a time. Just something no one has cared to point out

Yeah I think JJ won't put the team at a constant disadvantage. I think JJ will call timeouts way before the other team goes on a 13 0 run. He will probably not have a 3 guard linup vs a bigger team, while being destroyed on the glass with no adjustments. Those things happened all year. Bad rotations and and constant dnps for players caused him to lose the locker room
