I love this boat! Sit down fishing, and all this space and elbow room...wow! This is how recreation fishing should be...easy and relaxed. Note the roof over head...no sun burn...wow! Fresh ice for your coolers...wow! What service! Are you captains taking notes? Do you know what they call Southern California's sports fishing boats? Cattle boats...enough said.

Props to the guys jigging on the bow.. Nice AJ.. Don't really care for using electrics on the troll, but I'm not gonna judge. I only use them for deep dropping (200-400 meters), I hope the small Mahi were released and what did you do with the Cudas? Eat them or sell to the boat? I know most westerners don't care for Cuda meat. Looks like a good time though! Although I wouldn't have kept everything that was seen in the video, I understand how things are in Asia. Not much gets released.

lifeisgreatBsexy That's oil from the chum. They use ground-up oily fish to create what is called a chum slick. The scent & taste attracts gamefish.

Try fishing in 400m of depth and reeling a massive fish in! You would almost need a electric reel.

between a cow and the patrons of the restaurant.

the charters only hav em so ppl dont get tired of reeling in a2lb weight after each bite, or caught fish. :/ sucks but its only for deep sea and if the current is too strong and need the bait to hit the bottom quick... :)

A large electric reel for these fish...There are appropriate circumstances for an electric reel, but in this case, it just takes away the fun and game. It was still a decent trip though.

why would you gaff the fish after reeling it in electrically? and then take a photo of it? that's like taking a photo of an some famous art sculpture with you next to it and saying, "this took ages to build" when it's obviously someone else's work. and in this case, the reel is someone else's work.

When I was a child, I fished because I was ignorant, and for many years I turned the other way and wouldn't admit the truth. But the real truth is that catching something by hooking them through their face is wrong. Just because it's a creature of less intelligence, that doesn't mean it right to hurt them. I would never go fishing now. I can't standing hurting anything and will not do it unless it is trying to hurt me!
