    The Amazon terminal block is rated for 15 amps, I bought the same ones. The 6 port with the custom jumpers looks like it was made by Ideal and looks like it's 30 amp rated. Love these things.

      The six port I had picked up at my local Menards. It was the first one that ever used.

      Someone needs to make an O gauge set with Marvel characters on them.

      @@Eyrrll Here is a link to video That I made of my layout from 4 years ago. If you look closely at about 3:25 mark you'll spot the Hulk coming out of a gateman's shed at the behind the water tower.
      You may have to pause at blow up image to see him.

    What size fork connectors did you use for the terminal block?

    • @Pvilletrains
      @Pvilletrains  2 роки тому +1

      I used #8 here and 22 gauge wire but you can use larger sizes if you using heavier gauge wire. Red and yellow forks ( yellow for heavier gauge wire) work with the ones I used in the video

    I have an AC Adapter 12V 2.67amps also from a cable box. Can I use it to rum my accessories? I am asking you because yours is 2.5 amps.

      I don’t see why not as long as the voltage is correct

    Ok, if I’m using the same block terminal as you are using and wanted to run three loops of track with feeder lines going to each section of each loop would I need a separate block for each transformer that powers each loop?

    • @Pvilletrains
      @Pvilletrains  Рік тому

      I would do them separately just to alleviate any issues that you might have in mixing up wiring.

      I’m not sure if you’ve seen this video but it’s another one showing how I’m doing my wiring

      One more question. When using feeder line, do I need a ground for every hot wire?

    • @Pvilletrains
      @Pvilletrains  Рік тому

      Not necessarily, but it will help eliminate any possible dead spots in the future

    Can you use the same methodology for getting power to different areas on the track ?

    • @Pvilletrains
      @Pvilletrains  2 роки тому

      Yes you can. I run the power from my transformer into one of the terminal blocks and then out to the various sections of track so I can get a much more even flow of power.
