- Blower motor for the A/C and Heater quit working, Here is a quick easy fix that might work for you. It might not be the blower but the blower sensor or the connection itself.
You can do almost anything, all you have to do is Try!
You are amazing! I just fixed my a/c it’s blowing like nothing ever happened. You saved us $128 for just a diagnosis and that wasn’t labor. Thank you for saving us all that money…

Saved my bacon man. Dad in the hospital in Arkansas. 104 degrees yesterday. Shaping up similar this morning. No AC. Wiggled the wires after watching this and presto. You’re the man!

Just another praise being sent! Exactly the issue in my 15 Expedition. Middle of summer and no blower whatsoever. Quick adjust of the pins and even went as far as spraying some contact cleaner for good measure. Blowing full like nothing was ever wrong. Thanks a million!

Thank you so much for this video, I turned on my 2015 expedition limited and the air blew for a few seconds and just shut off while still showing full blast on the screen. Gave this a push and a wiggle and good as new.

I live in New York just going to Philly 3-hour ride no Air coming out of my vents I move the wires and it started blowing so that means it's a bit connector like you said thank you very much you are the f****** man

I found that just touching my wire harness also made the fan operate, but it’s intermittent and went back out shortly. I’m a little confused as to how I could use a pin to make anything tighter. I don’t see how to use a pin to tighten anything. A video of that part of the job would be awesome!
Inside the plug, there is piece of metal in a V shape, the V gets compressed over time, By inserting a pin you can move the metal tab and widen the metal making it a more open V. This allows for a more compressed fit on the pin. Try shinning a light in the end of the clip, you should see what I'm talking about.
@@gregbird1937 Ah, the fact that you mention it is a “V” shape made this make sense to me now. Thank you! Mine are definitely flattened out and it didn’t look obvious at all that I should push them into more of a “V” shape like they used to be. Thanks again!

dammit man. good call. mine had a shitty connection as well....the pin closest to the seat showed some heat damage...pinched it a little bit to limp it until i can get new connector. thx

I had the problem of my front vents not working but the back did. When the guy went to change the resistor out & went to pull the connector out the air came on but shut off shortly. He used a pocket knife thing to push the connector like you did & it didn't help.. So he put in a new resistor & it didn't work 🤔 so he got another resistor & that one worked but now we can't turn the air off or adjust the level of the fan, it just blows full blast. We can change the direction of the air & the temp but that's it. Any advice?
I would bet it is still connection issue, remove the clip and make sure all the wires are seated property, but I could be wrong

my 2015 ford expedition is not blowing hot air - but my resistor looks a lot different. I'll find out later today if this fixes the problem.
I installed it and my heater is still not blowing hot air. I live in florida and have to make a trip noth to philly in December and need to get the heater working - any other ideas?
Sorry, that was as far as I went on mine, mainly to get the blower working. If it is blowing is working then it is a heat issue, not sure if the heat is electric or not. Sorry@@speedwakemobile
Great tip my friend! Just bought a 2015 a week ago and when it stopped blowing I was damn I just got ripped off.
Your tip worked and it started blowing instantly. Now the problem is, it stopped again now twice and I just keep disconnecting the connector put a pin in the slots and reconnecting.
Doesn’t make sense to keep doing that every week or so.. Is replacing the connector piece easy, and what part would it be called to order ?

It is behind the glove box, you might need to remove the rim and plastic just above the glove box to access it.
Will this help for the rear air as well?

I can not say for the validity of the part, the video is showing that the wire connection was loose and causing it to not work, part was never replaced.
