Yes it is, and custom-made to the customer's liking! Prices will vary and because it's such a versatile look, high-end designers are creating varsity letterman jackets as well.

Just search on ebay or vinted.com (if you have that in the us). There are also a few brands who made some of them like Nike. Aliexpress also has quite a few of them
