- Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire is a 2023 Indian Telugu-language action drama film written and directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijay Kiragandur. Starring Prabhas in the titular role, the film boasts an ensemble cast featuring Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Bobby Simha, Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Sriya Reddy, and Ramachandra Raju.
The narrative draws inspiration from Neel's 2014 debut Kannada film, Ugramm, and marks the inaugural installment of a two-part cinematic experience. The storyline follows Devaratha "Deva," who aids his childhood companion Vardharaja "Vardha" in ascending as the uncontested successor of Khansar. This unfolds after a coup d'état orchestrated by Raja Mannar's ministers and advisors, employing armies to attack Vardha and Khansar, prompts Deva to intervene and secure Vardha's legacy.

Honestly, everybody has different taste. I liked both Dunki and Salaar but the main issue was the clash which became dirtier between fandoms.

Salaar is a remake of 2014 kannada movie UGRAMM directed by Prashant Neel himself, with better casting, better acting and better music. Hindi dubbing might not be good, but I would recommend you guys to watch that movie if you want to save yourselves from the torture of salaar part2
