Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1 kg of fish (herring).
Cut off the heads and tails and clean the insides.
Pour cold water and rinse well.
1 tablespoon of salt.
1 tablespoon of vinegar 6%.
Mix well.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
1/2 cup rice.
2 cups 400ml water.
Boil 20 minutes.
Chop 1 onion.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Fry the onion over medium heat until soft.
Grate 1 carrot on a coarse grater.
Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Lay out the fish.
2 tablespoons tomato paste.
150ml of water.
Mix well.
Black Peppercorns.
3 cloves.
Bring to the boil, cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
Chop 1 onion.
2 eggs.
2 tablespoons cream cheese.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Cooked rice.
Mix well.
1/2 cup flour.
Mix.
oil for frying.
Fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
Our delicious dinner is ready.

Ich komme aus Berlin. Gehe öfter in den russischen Supermarkt NOVA einkaufen. Da gibt es Dinge im Überfluß, die in Deutschland oft unbekannt sind. Vor allem aber sibirischen Seehecht, den es hier sonst nicht gibt. Oftmals preiswerter als deutsche Produkte und vor allem naturbelassen! Habe vor einigen Jahren mal mit einem Freund zusammen russische Fischsuppe, (Ucha) im Dreibeinkessel, auf offenem Feuer gekocht. Drei Tage haben wir davon gegessen! Die russische Küche ist eher gemüse - und fischlastig und nicht so fleischlastig wie die deutsche. Wobei ich gern mal wüßte, ob es in Rußland auch Eisbein gibt! In Polen gibt es das eigene Variation. Dein Kanal hat mir schon viele wertvolle Anregungen gegeben. Vielen Dank und mach weiter so!

Ich esse kleine Fische,wie Sprotten oder Sardinen roh,vorm Essen.Täglich ein halbes Dutzend vor dem Essen ,im ganzen mit Kopf und Innereien.Sollen sehr gesund und verdauungsfördernd sein so.Da sie klein sind(6bis 10cm)schlucke ich sie einfach so .Seit einem Jahr hat sich so mein Rheuma verbessert.Und sie haben viel Omega12.
