Hahaha! It took a while! Basically we had our first offer accepted in September to complete for November, two weeks before completion the sale fell through so had to start the process again and pay for another survey etc😅 both houses had no one living in them and wanted them gone, the first guy was a greedy sod and the survey was really bad so thank god that fell through in the end…the second one they had another house and sold this one so went through quickly, could’ve been two weeks quicker really but Louis was snowboarding😅 xxx
