    Nerd alert!: I had a typo mistake in my spreadsheet @ 1:35. I should have had the LG Cord Zero (Soft brush) above the Samsung (with Regular Head). Also, again I saw a very small stream of fog with the filtration test, which is why I tested its filtration with the particle test where it passed easily.

    Telescopic wand sounds like a brilliant idea for short people. My aunt is little over 5ft tall, and it looks like for her it would work. Also, having two kids, I think it would work for me. My old stand dyson is too tall for them to use comfortably, so they rearly help with vacuuming

    You definitely need to do longer-term tests on these vacuums. I have bought some based on these reviews and there are issues with cleaning them and debris getting caught inside the hose which is very difficult to remove. For example, the Shark Apex M second roller can not be removed and that is a problem. Stuff gets caught behind that roller all the time. It has also self-destructed over a few months. It definitely isn't as good as when I bought it. No tangle hair teeth have broken off etc. You need to review how easy these vacuums are to clean. Every vacuum I see reviewed looks like it just came out of the box. Any vacuum will not look like that after vacuuming a house even once.

    i love that you collect the metrics to compare, but in regards to this one, the only time i recall that you refer to the mid speed is in the battery test. You only measured the draw from the high and low, and given that mid will most likely be what many people use, it would've been great to know where the mid stood among other vacuums. Love the video in general though, you're doing the lords over here for the rest of us, thank you.

Actually, I am still obsessed with Dyson V11 but the promotion price for Jet 90 in my market is only $330 distributed by Samsung officially while Dyson V11 is about $690 sold by individuals not Dyson company.
    I really don’t like 2 features of Jet 90 which are the charging dock and the way to dispose the bin. But for what I have to pay for, Jet 90 seems to be the best for the price range.

    First off I love your video's and I bought my first epic vacuum because of watching your video's. Now here's a pretty big question that I need a ton of help with. So I've been looking at opening up my own business for carpet cleaning. I'm currently working for a company that does all sorts of janitorial cleaning and carpet cleaning. The janitorial takes care of the pre vacuuming and I go in after to steam clean the carpets. But I have been in so many building where the pet hair is just stuck to the carpet. So I was wondering what vacuum I should but that would work great for commercial use cleaning that would have no problems lifting pet hair? I'm kind of hoping to find one that has a portable battery with it so that I can get up and down those hallways quickly. I was wondering if a Dyson v12 would work or? Oh btw I just really like getting things cleaned good and proper that's the only reason why I'm looking at going into business. Not really in it for the money as much as being able to be proud of my work and being able to set my own hours would be nice too. Any help or suggestions would be great. I've also been considering using a portable heavy duty power station as and strapping it onto my back as a back pack. So just knowing what the best cleaning vacuum would be great. Thank you for reading this and a Merry Christmas too you!

      In my experience the Samsung is a better deal. It has about the same amount of power, but you can change out the batteries. The tools that come with the Samsung are better (and there are more) and there are cool extras like the clean station. O the Jet90 comes with a stand you don't have to wall mount. The Samsung is also more ergonomic and less bulky. The only things I don't like about the Samsung is that emptying the dust bin is weird, and the mini power brush doesn't work that well.

    It seems from reviews that the Samsung clean station requires the user to change the actual bin to a bin that fits the station. And users say this is a pain as you first have to remove the inside core in order to empty the clean station bin. Reviewers also say the clean station leaves a lot of fine dust in the bin, so what’s the point?

  • @hisimagenme
    @hisimagenme 3 роки тому +8

    Thank you! I feel a little vindicated as I just found out about this vacuum as well. I'm shocked at some of the comparisons I've seen. This vacuum is a huge contender for Dyson!! I still prefer both soft and brush rollers on one head. It's the only thing that has kept me from getting the Samsung as my first cordless. I want the Shark Vertex but since they aren't selling any of their parts with it I'm put off as I've never seen them not have at least replacement filters for their vacuums to purchase with them. I like to get extra brush and soft rollers, filters and motorized attachments when I buy a new Shark, so I don't have lag time if my filter isn't dry or soft roller. In this case I'd want the extra battery as well. But Shark isn't selling any of this for their Vertex line... very odd. So I'm serially considering the Samsung as I am impressed to say the least! Smiles and blessings...

    Hi there, which one would you prefer LG Kompressor, Samsung 90 or Tineco Pure One? Heavy dust allergy sufferer with carpet throughout the house and would really want one with the maximum suction out of carpet. Not considering corded anymore as they are too heavy to operate, have injured my foot multiple times and find it hard to carry. They are all gonna cost me the same, can consider Shark as it is around $500 cheaper here in NZ. Would really appreciate your opinion. Thanks

    Been waiting for this review. We are in the market and not a Dyson fan. If Miele had a soft roller that would be our choice. So it comes down to the Samsung, Tineco Tango or the Simplicity 65. We have the Simplicity plug in and it is a good vac for the money. Samsung is offering a free 2nd battery right now. What would you choose?

    I've been looking for a good vacuum cleaner that can pretty much do it all without breaking the bank. I'd prefer a stand up vs cordless. I just think cordless would get top heavy. I have thick carpet plus thick dog hair everywhere lol. What does anyone recommend? Fyi, I had the Shark vertex, it didn't pick up the thick hair at ALL. It left clumps!

Is it worth the price compared to its competitors? & is it an overrated vacuum overall? Im looking forward to receiving your answers 😁 Thank you for your time & dedication to this channel, happy holidays! 🤗

    The Clean Station is a complete game changer. I've been begging for a decent bagged cordless vac, because emptying dust bins is tedious and gross. The Clean Station is the best solution at the moment. My only concern is that the Clean Station's dust bags just recently became available for American customers on Samsung's website, and no other retailer carries it. It took a year for U.S. customers to get access to the dust bags, even though they were selling the Clean Station... which makes zero sense, because you need dust bags to use the Clean Station. I've asked around and even contacted their customer service, but nobody was able to provide me an answer. This is the only thing that concerns me. If Samsung stops selling the dust bags to U.S. customers on their website, I'd basically have to find a way to import them from an Australian website.

      @@VacuumWars You're welcome. I just feel like Samsung has not been practical and cohesive with their U.S. rollout of their vacuum line. I don't know what's going on, but they need to figure out their U.S. distribution market. I also can't find the replacement filters for the Clean Station at the moment.

      @@ultrakwon this is the exact concern i have as well. We need a third party company that makes the bags too (just like many third party parts for roomba robot vacuums) so that consumers who purchased the clean station is not left out in cold once samsung decides to stop making them.

    @vacuumwars Can you please please PLEASE do a review of the cyclonic/dust separation systems of various cordless models? I bought a new Tineco S12 Pro to replace my old Dyson V6...and I just finished returning the Tineco after 24hrs as I was overall not impressed. The pre-filter gets dirty fast and while the auto cleaning tool is neat...all it does is transfer the fine dust to the new filter!! Cleaning a filter is something I rarely do on the Dyson as the cyclones take care of that quite well. So, my request is for you to compare pre-motor filtration systems across the board of machines you have. This is a huge and important factor to consider when purchasing a new vacuum!!
