Roy Ayers is the man..been grooving to him since elementary school..My parents knew and appreciated good music and I'm a sixties baby..Love his concerts!!! The man still got it..yessss
I been digging Roy Ayers since the late 70's but somehow missed this cut(album).I previously was listening to "love will bring us back together".Reminescing that I had that album on 8-track in 1981 back in northern cali.Times flys and the memories are more vivid with Roy Ayers music!
Actually, in most of his studio recordings, Roy had been using an electrically_amplified variant of a xylophone, the Deagan vibraphone. And nowadays for his live concerts you will likely see him using a midi equivalent, the Malletkat
Such a blessing to be able to listen to Roys creations.. I'm a 90's baby and more people my age need to know about him
Every single song I've listened to from this artist is absolutely phenomenal!
