Watch the 4:21 et al section facing the barre at 1.75 speed. It's awesome. Like an old time movie bit. (I'm watching fast to preview it all before doing it).
This class is phenomenal! i’ve been using it to fill in the gaps when I have days where I can’t do a full class before work or when I’m sore and just need a warm-up at home for my muscles. Thank you so much! My technique has been improving the most it ever has with your classes.
Very funny actually cause I am in a musical theatre school and the music we always have for barre is from musicals so that we can sing at the same time so all this video seems familiar 😍👌🏽
Idk if you’ll see this but I use to dance but quit about a year and a half ago. I really want to start again but I don’t know how to get over the hump of not being at your best anymore, like handling that emotionally and was wondering if you had any tips. Sorry for the run on sentences. It’s hard to explain what I’m trying to say.
Always love your barre, maybe just do one that's about 5 or 6 minutes longer. But do it as no teaching in between, love it love it love it always a great warm up or workout❤❤❤❤
A lot of American studios don’t teach there students to turn there head it’s very weird to me as I was taught that not Turing your head was unprofessional
I don’t understand how I’m supposed to know the combination see if there’s no intros I know there’s a person with interest, but I just don’t understand to use of these???
Pilates or a floor barre would be great!! Thank you so much for your generosity - you're a beautiful dancer.
You look so confident! Makes you look like an even better dancer💕
Aww thank you!

Gorgeous as always, just one question - why don't you turn your head to the side on back bends? Is that Balanchine training? Xx
The Emilys I was taught to turn my head also it’s actually very common to kind of show off your profile

Kathryn Morgan omgosh i missed it! is this an annual tryout?
Katy why do you stand so far away from the barre?
My training (Balanchine) and my ridiculously long arms. That’s how we were taught.
Lovely! Do you actually feel ´watched´ now when you present stuff on youtube, since you officialy are going to join a Company?
