@@mikomai3754 I hear you but some were stolen , some were not. Either way, nobody alive today is responsible for African Americans being here. Foreigners (not just black foreigners) come to this country and are met with a certain level and type of discrimination and hostility. They don't come here with these egos. Those toxic egos are formed when they get here because that's what america breeds. Americans have a way to make fun of or belittle everyone that isn't American. It's a normal American thing. There's a joke or a slur or a stereotype for every type of foregner. Foreigners in general that look down on Americans do so because of the hostility that they're faced with when they come here. One time I was at a workplace training in corrections and we did an exercise where the class had to make a list of stereotypes of various races and ethnicities. The room was mostly inner city African Americans. The longest list of stereotypes were African American list. These people were actually laughing and having fun about making the list meanwhile the non African Americans were kind of nervous and visibly uncomfortable. The point of the exercise was to make people realize that this issue can and will cloud your perception in the workplace. The African Americans took it as a joke smh.The way I see it is it's a people problem but the labels of race and ethnicity are really what's confusing everyone into hating each other. Nothing can guarantee your safety when u go anywhere but trusting ur life to a bunch of street dudes will get u the Takeoff treatment fr. RIP Takeoff but its real
Chief keef been in LA for over 10 years now and I never heard of him having any problems there at all . Guess mind your business and you’re straight
Did u seriously not watch the video?? It clearly says that Chief Keef house got hit too
Honestly most celebrities are better off getting hotels than air bnb's. They also are better off with security or just dressing regular and not having jewelry on. Why call attention to yourself. People just need to know how to move in LA. Get a Hyundai and just drive around like that.
The sad part is that in the industry, you're expected to always carry an image, even when you feel you shouldnt be drawing attention to yourself. It's so lame.
Scary ahhh boi
The same reasons they r celebs...greed, pride, envy, ego, etc...
A lot of hôtels don’t allow smoking and loud music which prevents rappers from going there
@@GuamanianBlood619it’s wisdom why risk your life trying to pass before your time?
Bro was gangster until he got slapped… then he went to the police 🤷♂️ this why I can’t be in no gang… can’t even trust the people I’m lock-in elbows with…
I got snitched on when I was 15 and that slowed me down a lot

Crap like this is why we are looked at as animals. Why should anyone respect us when we do not respect ourselves?
The day PNB was killed some coworkers and i were supposed to have lunch at that particular Roscoes at noon but got delayed....we pulled up around 1 and there were cops and fire trucks blocking off the parking lot....once we found out what happened we felt lucky we got delayed.....
They weren't coming after you lmao
@@B3Band Doesn't matter. Would you want to be inside of a restaurant while there's a shootout/murder?
Pop Smoke’s death hit hard. Homie was only 20 and had so much talent. He could’ve been part of the next big three
Well he failed to check in
nobody even knowed him tho
It's just big me
who were the other 2 in this 'big three'?
That's the reason why LA will never have a popping rapper ever again
Sad to see the "someone else success means there is less for me" mindset rip apart so many neighborhoods and people.
Los Ángeles is a legit GTA online lobby except you’re weaponless and the enemy is not.

image how much better the hood would be if there was no gangs.
If you went to the hood and gave every person there a million dollars, a year later 90% would still be the same position because it’s the culture.
@@bradenharris8718 And it would all still be fake.
@BassPlayer-yu7yb no. we need better education opportunities and better pay like your community has and they won't become gangsters. you just looking for an excuse to use them as slaves. you don't care about crime. yall idolize the mafia.
@BassPlayer-yu7yb racism came before the gangs so why would you do that? your community destroyed these people along with all other indigenous people and you want to keep it that way.
Gang culture worst thing to happen 2 black culture
It's terrible for any culture.

Man I feel for young Black millionaire athlete/celebrities living in LA. Seems like even the ones who don't want anything to do with the gang culture can still be a target. How did we let "the culture" get this bad?
That just means if you are a black celebrity on your way to LA be prepared to take a life at a moment's notice set an extreme example you got to push back or they'll walk all over you
With help from outsiders helping promote, and condone this. How did rap get so bad? Look who really owns the radio stations. Look who fund's the Sexy Redds and ect. Look who secretly funded Drill Rap. It ain't us
Money 💰 it’s evil, people will do anything for it.
@@youngtattedgoonI don’t believe money in and of itself is evil. Peoples love and lust for it however, is.
@@TCthaCrisisI get it. I really do. Yet at the end of the day, everyone individually is responsible for there individual decisions. Fill in the blank rapper or producer or so-called mogul, didn’t have to take that deal to promote and carry out destruction to his own community, as ordered by his corporate overlords. The 30 pieces of silver wasn’t worth the results that we see today.

Is it a slang term meaning money counting machine? That's my guess anyway, either way I kinda like that name lol
More than likely he did in LA if you name is original then it’s most likely how you look/talk
When people that say that Africans or other black foreigners look down on black americans,i always cite the fact that SOME black Americans treat eachother worse than everyone else, in more extreme ways....like in the drill scene...like in this video.....people celebrate it...and profit from it...but they dont hear me though.
ROFL very random comment , you are on a video commenting about gangs, ofcourse the content is negative. Go to the videos of haitian gangs slaughtering and terrorizing their people , or the africans doing the same and oppressing their own people? Guess thats why the world looks down on them?
I know what you’re saying is true, but I’ve always wondered how they can look down on us when they are the reason we’re here in the first place. We weren’t stolen, we were sold by our own. It’s always been for profit.
It's all ignorance.
FOH..... Africans practice tribalism in Africa and bring it here.....what's the difference?
@@mikomai3754 some were stolen, Some were not. Either way, America breeds and fosters people of all races to be insecure. Unfotunatley black people seem to be the most succeptible to this conditioning.Insecurity is often expressed through hostility. The degree of learned insecurity in the US is unlike anywhere on this planet...but that's too much for most people to think about so the cycles repeat over and over and over.
I didn't know Shaq was a goon like that. Who was the NBA player whose shooting arm Shaq wanted broken? Was it Kobe?

This has always happened even back in the 70s to black entertainments touring to cities but it wasn’t made public knowledge. And I’m back with another thought I get checking in I grew up in California so I’m aware of the gang culture. But checking in with someone doesn’t protect u from other gangs who may be after you or if they catch u off guard. Because who you checked in with is not the God over all the gangs in the city. And every gang plays by their own rules. I bet no one has ever thought about that besides me.😂 and I also laughed when Chris brown and Soulja boy joined a gang in their 20s . Who does that when my brother joined he was 14. I’m not glorifying gang banging at all but who joins in their 20s🤦🏽♀️😂
Most of this is Social Media related. Most of these guy were killed by strangers! Can't even enjoy the fruits of their labor... Rap music doesn't need to have this many tragic endings
