in the notes in the game they mentioned his base physical attack and defense got lowered but his base elemental attack was raised.
His eatk was raised by 50 while his patk/pdef lowered by 15So he now somehow has the highest eatk in en, even more than Ditraina

I think he can still be usable for fire team with his passive 30% Eatk up and for been a shield shaver. I just hope they release Isla and kilns at the same time with shared pity since I want both of them for my cait of the continent hehe.
Just a slight correction, Primrose EX's lightning res down skill is a 3 hit. Great review though!!
