Good video. I've made big batches of soap soap 4 times now and every time I have gone to too thick of a trace, resulting in a lumpy soap with air pockets in it. The trace really creeps up on you. I will be using this video next time I make soap to help me be more aware. Thank you!

It would be nice if you could make soaps with different beneficial properties for the skin, maybe green tea soap and turmeric soap would be interesting ones.

Hi there, you can make all different kinds of soaps. The purpose of this video was just to try and help with recognising trace :)
My hot process soap is doing quite well. I know a lady who works for for my local council and she has given me some useful contacts.
