now we know why disney only shows 3 seconds of this short, the rest is animal abuse😭
It’s so that they can continue to use and protect mickeys original depiction
We all know Disney is fuming right now that this even exists
They knew it was coming, the mouse is still trademarked any version is protected from commercial exploitation so don’t even try it.
@@ironhell813 Nice try, Mr Disney CEO. But i'll be using Mickey in my works whether you like it or not
As if YTPs of Disney properties never existed before...
@@xFlareLeonBut now we can use the sheild of Public Domain to make anything and call it canon.
History has been made this year.
I'm talking about 2024 btw, fuck the mouse
Mouse did nothing wrong just the company abusing copyright
@@gordonfreeman7187 "the mouse" I'm talking about is Disney's corporate image. Tho Mickey is portrayed as some deranged torturer who uses animals as a tool for his entertainment.
Just like the company playing and submitting to censorship, filmings and coverup in war crime areas (Mulan 2020) and coverup of park deaths. All in for the money
@@gordonfreeman7187the company and the mouse are one and the same
Guys it's notba real being 💀
@darrellaldrige3909 Don’t forget that trying to use him.
I knew someone was going to make this as soon the copyright expired.
as the joker once said "And here we...go"
you probably should change the thumbnail, since mickey with white gloves enters public domain only next year
it won't be a big problem probably, but yknow, just to be safe
No version of Mickey will, that’s not the way copyright works. Since Mickey is constantly used as a design mark, every version of him is protected, even the old ones, it’s the film and his inclusion in it that is public domain
4:17 i thought it was going to be a Rickroll
this is the first thing i’ve seen so far that is actually clever and not low effort. leave it to the ytp community to innovate.
What is amazing (but probably not coincidence) that the video game “mouse” is being previewed/released at about the same time as this, even though Mickey himself is still copyrighted as an active trademark (ANY VERSION)
This is what fair use is all about.
You may not like it, but you’re a massive unfeeling and uncaring corporation so who cares what you think.
This isn’t fair use, fair use allows the use of existing trademarks and copyright usually to assert and exercise other constitutional rights like freedom of the press for example.
This work is in the public domain, so even though the use of Mickey in it constitutes fair use the entire work is copyright free so long as he is used inside it
God I’m so glad to see this
And this is only the beginning.
well done!
I was here when History was made
You can definitely pee milk. That’s for sure😂👍
6:03Oh Really?! Anime🤣🤣🤣Onii-Chan
2:08Why This Song?!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I'mma make one too man
I looked at the thumbnail and uh... Mickey Mouse hasn't entered the public domain specifically.
Steamboat Willie version of Mickey Mouse has.
Get it right lol
Hhahahahha mouse
I have always loved the Disney corporation, and watch their movies all the time with my daughters. But after seeing this new vulgar video they have released, with MICHAEL MOUSE of all their characters, I am disgusted, and I can't continue to support this company.
This was once a beloved company, but if the leaders are ok with releasing awful videos like this, well it's clear the woke mind virus has got to them too!
I will be sending a letter directly to your headquarters with my feedback as well.
What do you mean
@@SpencerAndZekeHarvey its a bit chief
@@cbunny6671it's not very funny then.
Meh, could be much more funny
