you don't need Math to become data analyst, you need Arithmetic only. Revise numbers, percentage, decimals,rate,ratio and proportion. You are not going to showcase any Mathematical skills to management but communication with data results.

Talk you your clinical informatics team if you work at a hospital and ask questions. Many RNs and PA’s work in clinical informatics. Brush up on excel, learn relational database design, learn Microsoft BI, Tableau, basically talk your EHR reporting team
After having spent a year learning Python and SQL and touching up on my math skills , will completing Tableau Desktop Specialist Training be adequate enough to add Tableau as a skill on my resume? Are there actual certifications in Tableau and if so which ones should I pursue? Thank you.
You are fully equipped to start your career as data analyst. If you are interested in certifications, I'd suggest you to go in this order (1) Tableau desktop specialist (2) 70-761: Querying Data with Transact-sql.
