I'm sure he does on an informal basis through the larger democratic party, probably not directly... James was the strategist for Bill Clinton, so while he's obviously very interested and engaged, he's probably not officially or directly involved with the campaign.
James is animated and fun. He is like the college professor who all the students want.

I can see why. I had the privilege attending an LSU game when my team from out west traveled there a few years back. I think some people refer to that place as Death Valley.:-)
They were the nicest, most hospitable folks I have ever had the privilege of attending an away game with. Out of the blue they invited us over to their tailgater, gave us some fine Southern hospitality. And I'd have to say every one of them were probably Republicans. When will we ever learn that these beliefs and misconceptions about the "other side" are never game changers? When it comes to it, how we would really feel about each other if we didn't know which "side" they were on? Look at the person for what they really are. Mr Carvile lives in a good place

This could be a good strategy team: Jen Psaki and James Carville. A lot of experience and they know how to formulate ideas and communicate effectively.
Carville is right. Biden's campaign is not doing what it should be doing: (1) Improve its messaging (focus on the stakes), and (2) Get out there and be visible in both presence and messaging. Giving a speech at some special interest or another once every 3-6 months is not going to work. If he wants to address the age concern, he needs to start talking to us.
He needs to work make clever jokes about his age.
They better not let J. Carville die, machines sacrifices whatever it takes, for he is the juice that keeps the political wheel moving without making me upset in anyway...
