ROASTED PEPPER AND TOMATO SALAD: QUICK AND EASY RECIPE
Roasted pepper and cherry tomato salad is a simple and tasty dish, perfect for a summer appetizer or a light side dish.
The peppers, roasted in the oven or on the grill, take on a sweet and smoky flavor that goes perfectly with the freshness of the cherry tomatoes.
A triumph of colors and flavors:
The salad presents itself with a riot of bright colors: the yellow of the peppers, the bright red of the cherry tomatoes and the green of the aromatic herbs.
With every bite, an explosion of flavors: the sweetness of the roasted peppers contrasts with the acidity of the cherry tomatoes, all balanced by a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and a sprinkling of fresh parsley.
