Good morning Beautiful Sara, Luca, Baby Luce, and Beautiful People! Look like everything is coming along really well. Baby Luce is growing, Sara taking nature walks (which is great to do to relax the mind, body, and soul), while Luca manage the house. Great team work! 😊❤️🍼🚐🏔️🏡😎☀️
Sarah, are there other new-mom support groups around? They have experience with getting a baby's routine to fit a mom's needs. I did have help and found out something amazing! By giving water between breastfeeding every 4 hours helps so my baby fills up with single large nourishments instead of so many little snacks in a 24 hour time period. I sterilized bottles and we both got some needed rest. Others💗(someone like 🤩Luca) did the water feeding to give me a break to get my own, much needed spa care in the city🦋
Luce is growing so fast. She is surrounded by such loving parents, it's beautiful thing to watch. The house looks so sturdy. A nice place to keep your family warm and dry.
The roof is going to bring so much comfort for your family. With all that insulation you will be warm and cosy during your winter season. Lovely to see Sara with Luce going for walks in nature.
It is so gorgeous where you live, the mountains, the streams, the forests….. you are so blessed. Italy is such a beautiful country. The building techniques are certainly different in Italy. The quality of materials is remarkable.

I have never seen a roof done better in my life. There’s no way it will ever leak! And the massive amount of insulation will keep the house very temperature efficient!
You have made incredible progress on the roof! The strong wood frame and three layers of insulation creates a fantastic, energy efficient roofing system. Luce is absolutely precious! Sara, you are doing a wonderful job caring for Luce in very difficult circumstances. We’re glad she is comfortable in the baby sling wrap.

Luca, seeing you talk to camera about the house over the last couple of weeks, I have a new appreciation of just how much you look like your mama. I'm really enjoying the roof installation and the progress being made.

It looks amazing, you could either convert your upstairs Attic into a movie theater with projector and stuff, or make it Luche’s play room filled with toys and her bed room when she grows bigger, Wondering if you are doing Water Harvesting collecting rain water from the roof.

Watching the renovations is fascinating & I look forward to seeing the tiles on the roof. I love, however, the segments with Luce. Hearing her little grunts and coos is wonderful & she's even beautiful when she cries! Your love for her and each other, is precious. This, from a grandma whose family is grown💓.

I have to say, I’m envious of your mountain chalet (home). At your height above the valley floor, you must get some very clean and invigorating air, beautiful breezes, fragrant flower scents. It’s amazing!
That beamed roof inside - wow, so beautiful, and sturdy feeling. Your Luce’ is going to love having her friends do sleepovers up there! What a great place to study and edit videos! Those skylights (windows) supply just the right amount of ambient light to calm and yet focus the mind. Recommend you have a way to lock with a key the windows, if you intend to have them hinge open (for cleaning solar panels, sweeping away snow, etc.). NO KIDS ON THE ROOF! Or, you could install some blower vents that blow away the snow from the solar panels (just an idea that came; not sure how practical or costly).
Good to see Sara walking - always helps the mind and spirit refresh. Luca is a bit fatigued - very understandable (when you drop a camera - glad it still works!). But, alas, a refreshing is coming for everyone (you can tell he is feeling better when he shaves back his beard for spring, LOL).
In all, the roof is a marvelous project! Will provide you with some more useable space!
Baby Luce’ is coming along well - her smile and responses are so cute - love that little gurgle sound she makes when she is excited!

My younger brother had too. I don't know if we were breech for a long time. My parents are dead and no one to ask

Is good to be so involved in the building of your roof. My husband and I built our house 50 years ago in Illinois. He can tell you where all the drain pipes run under the basement floor 😂 Gorgeous place to live! I'm originally from England so I love watching anything from there or anywhere in Europe. Luce is growing fast and beautiful!

I always say that there is a difference in the quality of construction done by an Italian and that is excellence. My father came to the U.S. from Sicily when he was 10 years old. He became a contractor at an early age, started his own building business in his 20s. My brothers worked in the business with him. He built quality, solid homes. Watching your videos of your construction, it is obvious that your builders are using quality materials and doing a fantastic job. We are looking forward to the next video!

I was really hoping you would put a viewing deck up on the roof where you could sit and look out and drink cocktails and enjoy the view. Maybe you could still do it some day.
That side of the roof facing the valley is where all of the solar panels will be. Not likely they can add a deck there. And, the height is dangerous for 👶. Perhaps they could add a small deck around the ground floor on that southern side?
